Participants are notified that their involvement in the activities of the Weston Newcomers & Neighbors Club (“WNNC”), including, without limitation, the attendance of functions at any venue, is at their sole risk and that neither WNNC, its officers, nor any member will in any way be responsible for damage, loss or injury, caused as a result, directly or indirectly of such participation.
